What payment methods do you accept?
Nira subscriptions are processed via Stripe, accepting all major credit and debit cards. CogCloud plans are invoiced directly — contact us for payment terms. Enterprise deployments are invoiced with net-30 payment terms.
Is there a free trial for CogCloud?
We don't offer a self-serve free trial for CogCloud, but we do offer a guided demo with sample outputs from your target vertical. Contact sales to request one.
What does "Personal Digital Self" include?
The Personal Digital Self add-on lets you create a custom AI persona trained on your communication style, knowledge, and preferences. You provide photos, voice samples, and chat logs — all encrypted and processed locally. Raw materials are deleted within 7 days after the persona is created. Available as a $5/month add-on to Nira Pro.
Do I own the content CogCloud produces?
Yes. All content produced by CogCloud on your behalf — articles, videos, images, and metadata — is 100% owned by you. CogCloud does not retain, repurpose, or train on your content.
How fast is enterprise deployment?
Typical deployment completes within 5 business days. This includes vertical configuration, distribution channel setup, dedicated compute allocation, and initial content seeding.
